In order to provide this service, we capture and store information about you, and about users uploading material to the service:

# What information do we collect?

• IP Addresses
• Request Headers
• Information you submit on our website
• Your user agent (browser, device, etc.)
• Any data submitted to our API

All data stored by us is only used for internal processing, and never sold or otherwise given away.

# Storing Your Files

All uploads stored on our servers are encrypted on physical disks with 256-bit AES-XTS full-disk encryption. All data is sent to Amazon S3 or Digitalocean spaces via SSL only. We never share your data with any third party. Once stored, only you control access to this data.

Uploader Window employees may ask permission to look at your files to troubleshoot problems. This rarely happens, and when it does, we do so confidentially.

# Third Party Services

In addition to that, we use the following third party services which also store data:

• Digitalocean (for hosting)
• Google Analytics (for statistics)
• Stripe (for credit card data)

# Breach Notifications

In the event that your private data or uploaded files are disclosed to unauthorized people (such as hackers), Uploader Window will send out email notifications to all possibly affected parties.
